Languedoc Property Management

Cleaning Contract
If you require our changeover service. The following charges for changeovers will be applicable.

• 2 Bedroom Property - €50.
• 3 Bedroom Property - €60.
• 4 Bedroom Property - €70.

Linen changes are extra and charged at €15 per bed.
N.B. This cost is usually paid by the person/tenant renting the property over and above the normal rental fee.

Keyholding
We will hold the keys for your property and upon request make them available to visiting tradesmen or guests. €150 Per Year, Payable in Advance.

Security Checks
We will check the property every month, internally & externally to make sure everything if fine giving you peace of mind. We then email our clients after every visit so they know    the property has been checked. €250 Per Year, Payable in Advance. 

Call out service
Can be used to liase with deliveries or tradesmen, access to the property for maintenance and repairs, or in an emergency. €30 Per Hour. Subsequent hours charged at €25 per hour.

Garden Maintenance
We will maintain your garden for you. €25 Per Hour using clients own equipement and fuel. 

Guest Services
Provide special welcome packs - basics. Including milk, coffee, sugar, water, wine, bread, preserves, cereals,  etc. €25.

General Maintenance
Should you require repairs to your property we can give you a quote for any maintenance work you require, all work carried out to a very high standard. Reference can be given. Any work which we cannot do we will  recommend and or arrange local Artisans to complete the work on your behalf.

Translation Service & Help with Local Authorites & Paperwork

We can accompany you to the notairs or agents to help with translations. We can also help with Connection to, Water, Electricity, Telephone, Help with Tax Forms, Opening Bank Accounts. Assisting with all French Paperwork. We charge €25 per hour for these services.

 Pool Cleaning

  We can clean and maintain your pool. We charge €20 euros per hour.
