We can provide a tailored service to suit any individual homeowner, and the services we offer are numerous. We can offer standard packages with a set price, as well as many 'optional extras'.

Property Letting Service:  

We can advertise your property on your behalf on the website of your choice, we can also recommend several websites to advertise your property, We will deal with all your enquiries for the property, deal with booking forms and relevant paperwork, deposits, balances & damage deposit.

                                                                                   We charge 10% of the weekly/fortnightly rental.Cleaning Contract:

If you require our changeover service. The following charges for changeovers will be applicable.

• 2 Bedroom Property - €80.00      (i.e 2 Bedroom & 2 Bathrooms)
• 3 Bedroom Property - €100.00    (i.e 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms)
• 4 Bedroom Property - €120.00    (i.e 4 Bedrooms - Max 4 Bathrooms)
• 5 Bedroom Property - €140.00   (i.e. 5 Bedrooms - Max 4 Bathrooms)

The above prices are for properties as stated above. 

Linen Changes are extra and charged at  €10 per person.  (This includes one set of towels per person)

Pool Maintenance

 We can maintain your pool. We charge  €45 per visit for up to 1 hour.

To open the pool at the beginning of the season  €200

To Close your pool down at the end of the season  €200

Security Checks
We will check the property, internally & externally to make sure everything if fine giving you peace of mind. We then email our clients after every visit so they know the property has been checked.  €45 a  Month or   €450 Per Year Payable in Advance. 

Key Holding 

We can hold your keys and make them available to tradesman to collect from our premises as required €250 Per Year Payable in Advance. Please see below for call out charges if required

Call out service
Can be used to liaise with deliveries or tradesmen, access to the property for maintenance and repairs, or in an emergency.  €30 Call Out. Subsequent hours charged at  €25 per hour.

Garden Maintenance
We will maintain your garden for you.  €30 Per Hour using clients own equipment and fuel.

Property Staging

We can stage your holiday home for you, a staged home creates positive interest from potential clients.  A staged home stands out from the competition. Staging your home is an investment with a potentially significant financial return. A staged home with beautiful photographs will without a doubt capture those potential renters.

Prices start from as little as  €250 for a two bedroom property.

Guest Services

Provide special welcome packs - basics. Including milk, coffee, sugar, water, wine, bread, preserves, etc.  €40.

General Maintenance
Should you require repairs to your property we can give you a quote for any maintenance work you require, all work carried out to a very high standard. Reference can be given. Any work which we cannot do we will  recommend and or arrange local Artisans to complete the work on your behalf.

Translation Service & Help with Local Authorities & Paperwork

We can accompany you to the notaires or agents to help with translations. We can also help with Connection to, Water, Electricity, Telephone, Help with Tax Forms, Opening Bank Accounts. Assisting with all French Paperwork. We charge  €40 per hour for these services.
